My honey has crystallised. Is it still good?

Yes — raw honey can naturally crystallise in cooler weather. Stand the closed bottle in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it will turn runny again.

How should I store it?

Keep the cap closed and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate.

Is honey safe for babies?

Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months old. It's great for everyone else in the family!
